WHAT IS A PUBLIC ADJUSTER?
A Public Adjuster is a valuable resource that insurance companies won’t mention. As a Public Adjuster, we are licensed professionals who work solely on behalf of policyholders, representing them when they’ve suffered damage or loss. Public Adjusters are closely regulated by each state they are licensed by in order to ensure they adhere to legal standards and practices.
In Florida and Georgia, obtaining a Public Adjuster license involves an extensive process. Public Adjusters must complete a rigorous insurance course, pass a state exam, undergo fingerprinting and background checks, secure a $50,000 bond, and have relevant experience before being licensed. Other states have similar requirements.
